Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai Hotel

I recently stayed at Oaks and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Mr. Cahyo and Ms. Tara, were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The breakfast on the executive floor was delicious, and the free wifi had a good speed. The hotel ambience was also impressive, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

The shuttle bus to the beach was a great convenience. It took us to a beautiful beach with a bar and restaurant. The hotel also provided a comfortable bed and a variety of international channels on the TV. The Asian restaurant on-site was also highly enjoyable.

I was underwhelmed by the hotel considering its 5-star status and the grand exterior and interior. The rooms were not up to par with other 5-star hotels in Dubai and lacked the expected luxury touch.

We had an amazing stay thanks to the really good service from the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were great, including a awesome breakfast with a wide range of choices. We loved the location next to Battuta Shopping Mall with lots of restaurants to choose from. It was also very easy to get transportation via metro or taxi.

Complimentary access to Riva Beach Club, just 10 minutes away, with a free shuttle service. We enjoyed the water sports activities like scuba diving and parasailing, offering great chances to get out on the water, making our family trip truly memorable.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' club could enhance the experience for families traveling with children.
